Please check this post : https://dashboard.alphien.com/forum/200 that may resolve it. If not that means you have access issues probably due the fact that you have not joined a team which has joined the competition. Check the knowledge base.

Thank you for the response! I have stayed in a team participating in this competition about 6 days ago so it is pretty unusual that I encountered this problem. Fortunately, the problem had gone away shortly after I posted this, without taking any actions.
Good to hear the problem has gone away. We have been improving the platform robustness and stability over the last week and adding more servers given the number of participants to this competition. Keep us informed of any issue you encounter we will try our best to get the platform up and running for you to be able to compete !
