Hi,


I just registered for the competition, but haven’t joined a team yet. I just try to retrieve data using

import alphien

dl = alphien.data.DataLoader()

And I encountered a “FileNotFoundError” error.

Is that just because I don’t join a team?

Hello - you need to join a team before you can get the data. Registering to the Alphien platform is not sufficient.


You can find teammates posting on the right categories, plenty of teams have been set-up like that already.

I have joined a team, however I am still facing the “FileNotFoundError” error.

Hello. The correct process is

1. Register for the platform

2. Form a team

3. Join the competition.


Have you done all these steps in this order?
