Cannot join the competition

Hello,

I accidentally created many teams because I did not see the reaction of the website. Later, I joined another team but the website showed that I hadn’t joined the competition. The website showed that my teammates had joined the competition and they had access to the data for the competition while I did not. We tried to reset the leader to be me and joined the competition again. This didn’t work. Can someone tell me how to solve this problem?

Any progress? I still cannot join the competition “beating the speed …” and I still have a lot of redundant teams. Thanks.
